Personal data processing policy

Under Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), this page explains which data we collect through this website, why, and for how long we keep it.

Data controller

The data controller is the company named at the foot of this page, reachable at the addresses given in the Contact section of the site.

Data we collect

Through the contact form we collect: full name, email address, company name, area of interest and the text of your message. These are the only details we ask for and you provide all of them voluntarily.

The web server may additionally record technical browsing data (IP address, request date and time, browser type) in its log files, for security and diagnostic purposes.

Purpose and legal basis

Form data is processed solely to answer your enquiry and for any follow-up contact. The legal basis is the consent you give by ticking the dedicated box, together with pre-contractual measures taken at your request.

Log data is processed on the basis of the controller’s legitimate interest in keeping the site secure.

Retention

Contact form data is kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and, where a business relationship follows, for the periods required by civil and tax law. Log files are kept for a limited period and then deleted.

Recipients

Data is never published or sold to third parties for commercial purposes. It may be processed by technical service providers (hosting, form delivery service, email) appointed as processors under Article 28 GDPR.

Cookies

This site does not use profiling cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may record the visitor’s IP address in order to deliver the service.

Your rights

You may at any time request access to your data, its rectification, erasure, restriction of processing or portability, object to processing, and withdraw the consent you have given. Requests should be sent to the controller’s email address.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.
