From a single measurement node to a multi-site monitoring platform.

    Selection and installation of vibration, temperature, pressure, energy and part-count sensors, with dedicated acquisition boards.

  • Gateways and edge computing

    Edge nodes that read PLCs and fieldbuses, filter data locally and survive network outages without losing measurements.

  • Industrial connectivity

    Wired, industrial Wi-Fi, LoRaWAN and cellular networks, sized against the real shop-floor environment rather than the datasheet.

  • Data platform and dashboards

    Historised data collection, alarm thresholds and dashboards for production and maintenance, on desktop and mobile.

    Models on vibration and current-draw data to anticipate failures and move from calendar-based to condition-based maintenance.

    Network segmentation, encrypted channels and credential management, so connecting the factory does not mean exposing it.

How we work

From sensor to decision

We always start from a narrow, measurable scope, then extend it.

  1. Field audit

    We survey machines, available protocols, network coverage and data already sitting in the PLCs. Often half the useful information is already there.

  2. Pilot project

    We install on one line or sample machine and verify data quality over a real production period.

  3. Rollout

    We extend the validated solution to the rest of the plant, with repeatable installation and commissioning procedures.

  4. Operation and improvement

    Monitoring, remote firmware updates and periodic review of thresholds and dashboards based on how they are actually used.
